Brooksource is partnering with a leading Upper Midwest utility to hire a Project Engineer supporting a multi-year portfolio of transmission substation construction and grid modernization projects.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the development of large-scale transmission infrastructure supporting renewable energy integration, system capacity expansion, digital substation technology, grid automation, and long-term reliability improvements across a five-state region.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The organization is investing heavily in new transmission and substation infrastructure, including greenfield developments, major interconnection projects, modernization initiatives, and future-ready grid technologies supporting voltage classes ranging from 69kV to 345kV, with regional transmission expansion efforts reaching 765kV interconnections.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
