This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for executing leave transactions, maintaining data integrity, and supporting structured workflows across HRIS systems. The position is not a lead or architecture role, but rather centers on systems execution and data management. The ideal candidate will be technically fluent in navigating enterprise platforms\u2014including UKG (core HCM\/payroll module), Microsoft SharePoint (documentation infrastructure), and Microsoft Teams (workflow coordination)\u2014and comfortable operating in a structured, multi-system environment. Leave-specific business logic and case procedures will be provided through direct training; the primary requirement is strong systems aptitude.
