This role is focused on building and scaling AI-powered recommendation products that drive guest personalization, pricing, and revenue optimization. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of AI\/ML and software engineering, leveraging your expertise to turn models and prototypes into robust, scalable production applications. You will play a key role in evolving recommendation-engine initiatives from early-stage solutions and MVPs into enterprise-grade products used across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive the evolution of AI products, and make a significant impact on the guest experience and business outcomes.\n<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and enhance production-grade AI-powered recommendation systems<\/li>\n<li>Translate AI\/ML models and prototypes into scalable, reliable software solutions<\/li>\n<li>Develop production-quality applications and services, primarily using Python<\/li>\n<li>Build and operationalize AI\/ML solutions within Databricks environments<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain CI\/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and version-control practices<\/li>\n<li>Integrate LLMs, predictive models, business logic, and behavioral data into recommendation workflows<\/li>\n<li>Utilize AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to accelerate engineering and problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Improve system scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance as AI products mature<\/li>\n<li>Independently troubleshoot problems and drive technical solutions from concept through production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4\u20135+ years of relevant software, AI\/ML, or data engineering experience with demonstrated senior-level engineering maturity<\/li>\n<li>Strong Python development skills and experience writing production-quality code<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience building and operationalizing AI\/ML solutions in production<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Databricks and modern data\/AI environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including CI\/CD, automated deployment pipelines, Git\/source control, testing, modular design, and production monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating machine learning models into applications, services, or production workflows<\/li>\n<li>Ability to independently solve ambiguous technical problems and align solutions with business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience building recommendation engines, personalization platforms, or propensity models (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience combining LLMs with traditional machine learning and business-rule systems (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Data Science workflows and common ML modeling approaches (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience scaling prototypes or MVPs into enterprise-grade applications (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud-based AI architectures and APIs\/services for production ML applications (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with coding agents and AI-assisted development tools (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Miami, Florida","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":["post-6943","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>AI Engineer- Glen-Erik, Miami Florida<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"AI Engineer- Glen-Erik, Miami Florida - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
