In this contract role, you will play a critical support function across business continuity, technology recovery, compliance, and audit initiatives\u2014ensuring projects stay on track, documentation is accurate and organized, and deadlines are met during a period of high operational demand. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to coordinate evidence, track deliverables, perform quality assurance checks, and help improve the processes and standards that keep a world-class streaming technology organization running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across critical technology functions and make an immediate impact within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support business continuity and technology recovery processes, including maintaining data, tracking assessment activities, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting reporting<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality assurance checks on responses provided by participants, ensuring inconsistencies are identified and addressed early in the process<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate compliance and audit initiatives by tracking requests, evidence, and deliverables, organizing documentation, and following up with stakeholders to ensure on-time completion<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ongoing compliance communications and awareness efforts, including content coordination for internal initiative updates and newsletters<\/li>\n<li>Perform data analysis and reporting to improve understanding and categorization of key data sources<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the delivery and completion of user access reviews for key technology systems, including gathering access reports, transforming data as needed, tracking team responses and follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and tracking rejections and removals<\/li>\n<li>Help document and continuously improve processes, templates, procedures, and program standards<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support broader assurance and compliance objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and large sets of operational data<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail with the ability to maintain strong documentation and records<\/li>\n<li>Strong data gathering, interpretation, and entry skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to track tasks, follow up with stakeholders across the organization, and obtain required documentation and responses in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience supporting compliance, audit, business continuity, or technology assurance initiatives is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT&#39;S IN IT FOR YOU<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract role embedded within the Global Streaming Technology team of a Fortune Broadcast Media &amp; Entertainment organization\u2014supporting the infrastructure that powers one of the most recognized streaming platforms in the world<\/li>\n<li>Broad exposure across business continuity, compliance, audit, and technology recovery functions within a large, complex technology organization<\/li>\n<li>Fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will have immediate and visible impact<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to build experience across compliance and assurance disciplines alongside a high-performing technology team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>#LI-MM3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New York, New York","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[8],"class_list":["post-6960","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Technical Assurance Analyst, New York New York<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Technical Assurance Analyst, New York New York - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
