This role combines technical leadership, project management, and mentorship, offering opportunities to work on challenging, high-profile projects across the region. You will oversee field investigations, inspections, and geotechnical reporting, and play a key role in client collaboration and business development. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of geotechnical engineering experience, a Bachelor\u2019s degree in civil or geological engineering (Master\u2019s preferred), and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S. (Ohio PE preferred). Experience with ODOT projects or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support proposals and occasional marketing activities.
