In this remote, U.S.-based contract role, you will play a critical part in verifying and maintaining the accuracy of complex ownership and franchise data for thousands of properties worldwide, all within a highly customized Salesforce environment. Reporting to the Director of Owner Data and Systems and collaborating closely with a small, established data team, you will process property onboarding cases, research corporate and franchise ownership structures, support owner account reviews, update records for legal amendments, and handle high-risk data change requests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, puzzle-like research work, brings strong process discipline, and is comfortable learning a specialized CRM environment.
