The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and bringing a voice to the users.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using an array of research techniques<\/li>\n<li>Analyze users behavioral and attitudinal data to uncover customer painpoints and unmet needs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct a range of research methods including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, and concept testing<\/li>\n<li>Synthesize and present research findings in context<\/li>\n<li>Leverage human centered design principles to develop journey maps, user personas, and jobs to be done<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to regularly integrate user feedback into the product design and development process<\/li>\n<li>Ability to accurately scope research initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Leverage existing data and ability to tie insights to analytics<\/li>\n<li>Work in a SAFE Agile environment, coordinating projects by sprints<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage vendor partner relationships ensuring that output meets internal expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with UX Research.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research or similar field<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
