Responsible for supporting the team through consulting, communication and education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">The Work Itself<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Provide program management support for several initiatives [i.e. large scale technology buildouts, migrations, etc&#8230;]<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Deliver solution that accomplishes business objectives with on-time delivery and exceptional quality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Conceptualize process enhancements to increase project delivery effectiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Instill innovation and continuous improvement practices in teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Manage team(s) quarterly commitments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Manage change with stakeholders appropriately.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Provide adequate, on time reporting of outcomes and progress toward them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">The Skills You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or GED equivalent<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">5+ years Project Management (primarily Kanban or Scrum) experience in an enterprise IT system environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated expertise in coaching at team level and broader levels (coaching in kanban\/scrum\/delivery methodology related topics)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Proven experience driving enterprise change in large organizations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Proven track record of establishing continuous improvement practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Competent in process design, documentation, and implementation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Advanced expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><u style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Logistics<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">12-Month W2 Contract (with potential for extension or conversion)<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Health, Dental and Vision benefits available<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Full time (40 hours per week)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Compensation: $45-$50\/hr<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">We are unable to provide sponsorship currently<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\"><span class=\"ql-cursor\">\ufeff<\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);
