This is a functional and consultative role focused on evaluating new and existing technologies with AI capabilities, identifying potential risks, and ensuring AI solutions align with organizational governance, compliance, legal, and technology standards. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is comfortable learning how applications and AI-enabled technologies work, asking the right questions to understand their use and associated risks, and translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will contribute to the continued development and operationalization of enterprise AI governance practices as AI adoption expands across the organization. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide variety of emerging AI use cases and the chance to shape responsible AI adoption within a complex enterprise environment.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate applications and technology solutions that incorporate AI capabilities to understand their use, data considerations, and potential risks.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Risk, Architecture, Data, IT, and business stakeholders to support responsible AI adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex AI and technology concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Help translate governance policies, standards, and frameworks into actionable business practices.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development and maturation of AI governance processes, playbooks, standards, and enablement materials.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in discussions surrounding emerging AI capabilities, including generative AI and agentic AI.<\/li>\n<li>Help assess how AI-enabled technologies align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and governance expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with technical teams to understand applications, data usage, and technology implementations when evaluating AI-related risk.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve governance processes as AI adoption and capabilities continue to evolve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience or working knowledge in AI governance, responsible AI, data governance, technology risk, compliance, cybersecurity, data privacy, enterprise architecture, or related technology governance disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to AI or AI-enabled technologies and an understanding of the risks and considerations associated with their use in an enterprise environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with stakeholder groups such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Cybersecurity, Data, Architecture, IT, or business teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity and willingness to learn as AI technologies, regulations, and governance practices continue to evolve.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive work through completion.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting governance, risk, compliance, or technology initiatives within a large or regulated organization (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or responsible AI practices, such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certification (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Technical experience or familiarity with SQL, data, software applications, SDLC, cloud technologies, or application security (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing governance guidance, playbooks, policies, controls, or enablement materials (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT&#39;S IN IT FOR YOU<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, technology, risk, and enterprise governance as the organization builds and evolves its approach to responsible AI.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business functions.<\/li>\n<li>Gain exposure to a wide variety of emerging AI use cases and technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Potential for contract extension or conversion to a permanent role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#LI-JR4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Charlotte, North Carolina","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[8],"class_list":["post-8181","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Business IT Analyst III (AI Governance), Charlotte North Carolina<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Business IT Analyst III (AI Governance), Charlotte North Carolina - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
