This is a technical leadership role\u2014responsible for hands-on Maximo development and customization, guiding developer teams, establishing software development plans, and ensuring the quality and reliability of delivered solutions. The engagement spans the full Maximo technical stack, including application configuration, integration framework, database design, and custom algorithm development. The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical Maximo expertise, proven experience leading development teams, and the discipline to operate within a structured federal delivery environment.
