As the Legal Operations Project Manager, SaaS Transition, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including driving project planning, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring a successful transition from planning through cutover and stabilization. You will work closely with Legal Operations, Technology, Security, Vendors, and Business stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This position offers the opportunity to lead a highly visible enterprise transition initiative, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and gain experience across Legal Operations and Technology organizations.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the end-to-end transition of two SaaS platforms as part of a divestiture initiative<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain RAID logs and dependency tracking<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities across Legal, Technology, Security, Vendors, and Business teams<\/li>\n<li>Manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive status reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support cutover planning, testing, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer activities<\/li>\n<li>Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment to transition objectives<\/li>\n<li>Drive projects forward in ambiguous, fast-moving environments<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operational readiness and successful stabilization post-transition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience managing SaaS implementations, migrations, transitions, or complex technology projects<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating and managing project plans, RAID logs, and dependency tracking<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional workstreams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive projects forward in ambiguous, fast-moving environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project<\/li>\n<li>Legal Operations or legal technology experience (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting divestitures, carve-outs, mergers, or acquisitions (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with legal technology platforms or matter management systems (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Litify experience (strongly preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT&#39;S IN IT FOR YOU<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to lead a highly visible enterprise transition initiative<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to executive stakeholders and strategic business programs<\/li>\n<li>Experience working across Legal Operations and Technology organizations<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to drive a complex project from planning through successful execution<\/li>\n<li>Weekly paycheck<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">Applications will be accepted through October 29 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>#LI-EW1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New Brunswick, New Jersey","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[8],"class_list":["post-8351","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Project Manager- Legal Operations, New Brunswick New Jersey<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Project Manager- Legal Operations, New Brunswick New Jersey - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
