This role will initially support a key Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance initiative focused on improving connectivity and traceability across cyber risk, controls, requirements, metrics, reporting, and remediation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager serves as a trusted delivery leader who translates strategy into execution, aligns stakeholders around shared outcomes, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures initiatives are delivered predictably and transparently. This individual operates across technical and business teams, partnering with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, risk and control stakeholders, data and reporting teams, product teams, vendors, and executives to drive successful outcomes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Success in this role extends beyond delivering scope on time and within budget. The Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager connects cybersecurity strategy to execution and ensures initiatives achieve their intended cybersecurity outcomes, such as risk reduction, control coverage, remediation, adoption, resilience, or capability maturity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity, risk and compliance, data and reporting, technology, and business teams, managing dependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Drive execution of complex Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance initiatives involving cyber risk, controls, technical requirements, metrics, data integration, reporting, and remediation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coordinate operational adoption across the interconnected data integration, risk and control mapping, reporting, and governance workstreams.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and project steering meetings.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation and response plans.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Establish and maintain project reporting that provides clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and business outcomes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership and executive stakeholders.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Partner with cybersecurity leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align project execution with strategic objectives, risk and governance priorities, capability roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Manage project scope, goals, and timeline while ensuring alignment with approved objectives.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Manage project financials in partnership with portfolio management, including budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and project time tracking.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Drive accountability for commitments and facilitate timely resolution of issues and blockers.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Support vendor engagements, contract deliverables, procurement activities, and implementation planning when applicable.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ensure delivery artifacts, documentation, governance requirements, and project controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Promote consistency in project delivery practices while adapting approaches to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models as needed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Lead project team(s) &amp; contractors, mentor junior PMs.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Required Qualifications<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">5-8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or related disciplines, including leading project teams and contractors and establishing clear accountability for delivery commitments.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional dependencies among multiple teams and stakeholders.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience delivering complex cybersecurity initiatives in an enterprise environment, ideally involving Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance, risk and control frameworks, or security metrics and reporting.
