W2<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h3>\n<p>Brooksource is seeking a talented GraphQL API &amp; AWS Engineer to support a leading financial services organization in Charlotte, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative cloud and backend engineering team focused on building modern, scalable cloud applications and the APIs that connect critical customer-facing platforms.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p> In this hybrid role, you will work hands-on with Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS to develop reliable backend services, improve application performance, and support cloud-native engineering initiatives. You\u2019ll collaborate with experienced engineers and DevOps teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance digital experiences and streamline communication across complex systems.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p> We\u2019re looking for an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, takes ownership of their work, and is excited to contribute to a modern development environment where reliability, collaboration, and continuous improvement are valued.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript<\/li>\n<li>Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable communication between applications and enterprise systems<\/li>\n<li>Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based applications and services within AWS environments<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to implement infrastructure as code, CI\/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes<\/li>\n<li>Apply distributed systems design principles to build reliable, resilient, and high-performing software solutions<\/li>\n<li>Participate in peer code reviews, automated testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of engineering best practices<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve production and integration issues, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong professional experience in backend software engineering using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing, deploying, or supporting applications within AWS cloud environments<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of distributed systems, scalable application architecture, and modern software design patterns<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, along with CI\/CD pipelines and automated testing<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with databases, debugging production issues, and using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, or automation<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to React, React Native, or Go is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#LI-JR4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Charlotte, North Carolina","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":["post-8394","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>GraphQL API Developer, Charlotte North Carolina<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"GraphQL API Developer, Charlotte North Carolina - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
