- Provide team member updates on project closeout activities and complete all CCFs monthly until project closure.
- Adjust and manage project forecasts and ensure all tasks are completed through follow-up communications.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting as required.
- Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for optimal use of resources.
- Utilize available computer systems resources and personnel to support management’s performance improvement initiatives.
- Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, and procedures to recommend business solutions.
- Design and improve computer-based business systems, working closely with senior managers to identify and resolve system issues.

- Utilize advanced analytical techniques (e.g., simulation, linear and nonlinear programming, dynamic programming, queuing models, Markov decision processes, econometric methods, data envelopment analysis, neural networks, expert systems, decision analysis, analytic hierarchy process) to support decision-making and system improvements.
- Document business needs, program functions, and development steps for new or modified systems.
