QA Analyst II – Salesforce/CPQ Integration
St. Louis, MO
Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (flexible day)
Long-term contract
Our Fortune 50 Telecommunications client in St. Louis, MO is seeking a QA Analyst II to join their Lab and Testing Organization, leading major testing efforts for Salesforce and CPQ integration. This is a long-term contract role with an immediate start, offering a hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). The successful candidate will support enterprise-level Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ integration testing, collaborate with active scrum teams, and help lead offshore QA team members. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and investigating defects, performing end-to-end and integration testing using tools like Octane, assisting with test planning and execution, and working within Agile sprint cycles aligned to a broader waterfall delivery model. Experience with CPQ platforms, API-based testing, and SQL/database familiarity are considered advantageous. Candidates must be based in St. Louis or willing to commute.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud
- Experience supporting Salesforce and CPQ integration testing
- Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and collaborate with multiple scrum teams
- Experience directing and coordinating offshore QA team members
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain and escalate defects to developers
- Experience with test case management tools such as Octane or similar
- API-based testing experience (nice-to-have)
- SQL/database familiarity and understanding of legacy migration issues (nice-to-have)
- Must be based in St. Louis or willing to commute (no remote or other hubs at this time)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Salesforce and CPQ integration testing as part of the enterprise QA team
- Collaborate closely with active scrum teams in Agile environments
- Lead and direct offshore QA team members to ensure testing quality and coverage
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and escalate defects, working with developers to resolve issues
- Perform end-to-end and integration testing using test case management tools such as Octane
- Assist with test planning, execution, and defect documentation
- Work within Agile 2-week sprint cycles while aligning with broader waterfall delivery models
- Utilize tools including Salesforce Sales Cloud, JIRA, and Octane for test management and tracking
- Contribute to API-based testing and support legacy migration issues as needed
TOOLS & TECH STACK
- Salesforce Sales Cloud (core platform)
- Octane (defect/test case tracking) or equivalent experience
- JIRA, Agile methodologies
- CPQ platform knowledge (Configure, Price, Quote) – plus, but not required
- Web services/API testing experience is beneficial
- SQL/database familiarity
WORK SCHEDULE
- Hybrid Model: 4 days onsite in St. Louis, 1 day remote (candidate can choose the remote day)
- Must be based in St. Louis or willing to commute
