The Adobe CDP Architect will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role ensures alignment between business objectives, data strategy, and technical implementation, enabling scalable, secure, and high-impact customer data and personalization capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Platform Implementation: Oversee and guide the implementation and integration of Adobe CDP with existing client systems, including CRM, analytics, marketing platforms, and data platforms.
- Data Strategy: Define data ingestion, identity resolution, schema (XDM), and data governance strategies to ensure data quality, compliance, and optimal use of the CDP.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Adobe CDP and AEP, providing architectural guidance and best practices to delivery teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, present architectural solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Custom Development: Oversee and guide the development of custom components, integrations, and activation use cases to support unique business requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance standards through rigorous testing, validation, and architectural reviews.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration designs.
- Training and Enablement: Provide knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing support for client and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and usage of the Adobe CDP platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Adobe platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve solution architecture and delivery approach.
- Platform Expertise: Maintain deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and related Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities to shape solution strategy and technical direction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a solution architecture, martech architecture, or CDP architecture role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, identity resolution, and customer profile management.
- Experience integrating CDP platforms with CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of XDM schema design, data ingestion patterns, and activation use cases.
- Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern data integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and data governance.
- Continuous learning mindset with awareness of Adobe roadmap, martech trends, and emerging technologies.
