IT Product Manager
Hybrid Role
Compensation: $150,000
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Client is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative software products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, roadmap, and feature sets, ensuring that value-added solutions are shipped to customers, users, and stakeholders. You will harmonize business strategy, user desirability, and technical feasibility to deliver best-in-class solutions and long-term value to the business. The IT Product Manager will leverage customer data, market research, and business insights to drive product strategy, advocate for product vision among stakeholders, and ensure usability through user research and collaboration with design and development teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of IT and product management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to create customer-centric experiences in a dynamic, agile environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and feature sets
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs, challenges, and opportunities to identify short- and long-term goals
- Drive product strategy using customer usage data, business knowledge, and competitive research to identify and solve challenges
- Advocate for and evangelize product vision to ensure buy-in from stakeholders, end-users, and development teams
- Lead and participate in user research and testing to ensure product usability, consistency, and alignment with user needs
- Collaborate with design teams to create wireframes, early-stage prototypes, and help define design principles and systems
- Work closely with technical delivery teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with technical feasibility
- Monitor market trends, competitive strategies, and product ecosystems to inform product direction and maintain market orientation
- Promote continuous improvement in products, strategy, delivery methodology, teams, and individuals
- Represent business strategy, goals, and objectives to internal and external partners
- Thrive in a collaborative, agile team environment leveraging the latest technology stacks
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of IT and Product experience
- Proven leadership ability to drive team productivity and collaboration
- Strong customer experience skills; ability to construct cohesive user journeys and design customer-centric experiences
- Deep understanding of market trends, competitive strategies, and product ecosystems
- Business acumen to represent strategy, goals, and objectives of business partners
- Technical proficiency to collaborate with technical delivery teams and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and product design principles
- Ability to work in agile, collaborative environments using modern technology stacks
- Demonstrated focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a driven, passionate, creative, and collaborative environment
