Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams, both by facilitating Big Room Planning, and through coordination across execution to remove major impediments to accelerate inter-team velocity

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting.

Technical Leadership

Partner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standards.

Understand and communicate technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

Guide teams through technical decision-making while balancing business priorities.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success.

Develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as needed.

Process & Quality

Champion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards.

Identify process improvement opportunities across teams for large-scale delivery and orchestration

The Essentials- you will have:

The Preferred - You might also have:

Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management managing technical or IT-related projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data and technology projects.

         Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies

High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)

PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration projects.

Basic understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic systems, with a focus on their practical applications in project delivery and IT operations.

Proficiency in using enterprise-approved AI tools and platforms (e.g., Co-Pilot, GitHub, Claude, Windsurf) to enhance project planning, execution, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across diverse teams.

Commitment to continuous learning, especially in response to the rapidly evolving emerging technologies relevant to project management and enterprise operations.
