This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on supply chain operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and execute the booking of inbound shipments using transportation management system (TMS) software
- Monitor freight movement—including truckload, intermodal, and less-than-truckload (LTL)—to ensure on-time and in-full delivery to distribution and fulfillment centers
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, distribution centers, and merchandising teams to maintain the seamless flow of goods
- Collaborate with other members of the Domestic First Mile Transportation team to drive operational efficiency and cost savings
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve shipment exceptions and provide outstanding customer service
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and communication
- Derive insights from transportation data to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment and proactively learn new systems and processes
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to use or learn transportation management system (TMS) software to execute shipments, manage exceptions, and analyze data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience booking and monitoring freight shipments (truckload, intermodal, LTL) is preferred
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to partner with stakeholders across suppliers, carriers, distribution centers, and merchandising teams
- 1 year of transportation experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain–related field
