Associate Equipment Lifecycle Support Analyst
On-Site Role
Compensation: $28 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Parenteral Quality Control Laboratory as an Associate Equipment Lifecycle Support Analyst through the Brooksource Elevate Program. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, early-career professionals, veterans, or individuals new to the pharmaceutical or laboratory industry who are eager to build experience in quality, laboratory operations, and regulated environments. You will work alongside experienced scientists, engineers, and quality professionals, learning how laboratory equipment is specified, qualified, maintained, and kept in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on learning, with a strong focus on professional development and career growth. As part of the Brooksource Elevate Program, you will benefit from mentorship, career coaching, technical and professional development training, support navigating regulated environments, and access to a strong peer community—especially valuable for recent graduates and veterans transitioning to civilian careers. Work is performed in a parenteral manufacturing environment with standard weekday hours, minimal travel, and some exposure to allergens.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment in accordance with HSE policies
- Support equipment qualification and validation documentation
- Assist with execution and review of qualification activities
- Learn equipment specification, purchasing, and lifecycle support
- Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors
- Gain exposure to computer system validation (CSV) and data integrity practices
- Apply quality principles including GMPs and corporate procedures
- Support investigations, change controls, and CAPAs
- Build troubleshooting, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field OR relevant hands-on experience (academic, military, manufacturing, or technical)
- Interest in laboratory operations, quality systems, or regulated industries
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- GMP or pharmaceutical experience is helpful but not required
WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday, standard 8-hour shifts
- Occasional additional hours may be required
- Minimal travel
- Work performed in a parenteral manufacturing environment
- Some allergens may be present
