ServiceNow SPO Delivery Lead

Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $82 - $91 per hour (Final compensation will be dependent on skillset and experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a leading system integrator, is seeking a ServiceNow SPO Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a complex, global Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) implementation for a major enterprise information management and secure storage services company. This role involves managing project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple countries and business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow delivery leadership, particularly in SPO implementations, and a strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and Source-to-Pay processes. You will drive governance, executive-level communications, deployment planning, testing, training, and ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) implementations spanning multiple countries and business units.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, including architects, functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Drive governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Oversee deployment planning, testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring readiness and smooth transitions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation outcomes, adapting as needed to meet evolving needs.
• Manage third-party integrations and global rollout activities across multiple regions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 8+ years of ServiceNow delivery leadership experience, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
• 2+ years supporting ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) implementations.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience managing global implementations across multiple countries and business units.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow SPO certifications or badges (preferred).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Oracle ERP or other procurement platforms (preferred).
• Prior consulting or system integrator experience (preferred).
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications (preferred).
