  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements
  • Validate new features through automation and support the release process through production deployment
  • Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
  • Develop and maintain reusable test libraries, automation utilities, and testing standards
  • Execute API testing and validate integrations across systems
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Support root cause analysis and contribute to quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle
  • Maintain testing documentation, test plans, and quality best practices

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or SDET roles
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing automated test scripts
  • Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium automation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Experience testing web-based applications and APIs
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages: JavaScript, Python, or Java
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Experience working within Agile development environments
  • ISTQB, CSTE, or other software testing certifications (preferred)
  • Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber and Gherkin (preferred)
  • Experience testing cloud-native and containerized applications (preferred)
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling (preferred)
  • Experience building scalable automation frameworks from the ground up (preferred)
