ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking a driven and well-organized individual to serve as a Scrum Master within an agile team, with additional responsibilities in analysis support across various team pillars. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning, participate actively in sprint planning, scope and requirements activities, and contribute to the creation of metrics and reporting. Success in this role requires self-motivation, tenacity, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while completing tasks on schedule. Foundational knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and adaptability to evolving sprint needs are essential for this position. The team will rely on this individual not only to facilitate Agile ceremonies and processes but also to provide analytical insights and support to ensure the squad’s objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Participate in sprint planning, scope, and requirements activities to ensure clear objectives and deliverables for each sprint
• Create, maintain, and analyze metrics and reporting to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
• Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, adapting practices to meet the unique needs of each sprint
• Serve as Scrum Master within the agile team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments to team progress
• Provide analysis support to various pillars within the squad, contributing to informed decision-making and process optimization
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, fostering open communication and continuous improvement
• Ensure completion of tasks according to agreed schedules, maintaining accountability and high standards of delivery
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and methodologies as the team evolves

WHAT YOU BRING

• Aptitude and willingness to learn new concepts and methodologies, with a proactive approach to professional development
• Experience or foundational knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices
• Ability to participate in and facilitate sprint planning, scope, and requirements activities
• Strong organizational, self-motivation, and tenacity to drive results and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile team role, with a focus on team facilitation and process improvement
• Analytical skills to support various team functions, including the creation and interpretation of metrics and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks on agreed schedules and maintain high standards of accountability
