  • Write detailed functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation to guide development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and analysts to implement and deliver new products and features
  • Ensure delivered functionality meets business objectives, agreed acceptance criteria, quality standards, and aligns with Salesforce best practices
  • Communicate product roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate on vision, strategy, tactical execution, and decision-making with the organization
  • Accept completed work and ensure continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Analyst, with a track record of delivering Salesforce-based solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs and writing user stories
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including participation in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and translate complex concepts for cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Jira and working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology, innovation, and new product development
  • Understanding of the SDLC and experience working in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments with bi-weekly releases
  • Ability to be self-directed, proactively anticipate problems, and seek opportunities for improvement
